I uninstalled both the driver and evga precision x. Fan speed still does not spin up even at 80c on the card unless I tell it to through percision X using a custom curve. I tried it without percision x installed or running and it reached 80c without fan spinnign up. The card is burning hot to touch if i dont set a custom fan curve.
